These Mobile Terms govern your participation in PwP’s SMS program.

B. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on participation and interaction.

C. User Responsibilities

You must:

  • Provide an accurate mobile number

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Agree to receive texts from PwP

D. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported by major U.S. carriers but delivery is not guaranteed.

E. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP at any time to cancel messages.
Reply HELP for help.

F. No Warranty

SMS delivery may be affected by mobile carriers and service providers. PwP is not liable for delays or failures.

Mobile Originator & Opt-In Data Use

Parents with Promise (PwP) will never share, sell, rent, or use mobile phone numbers, opt-in information, or SMS consent data for any purpose other than operating our SMS messaging program.
We do not transfer this information to any third parties except our secure SMS delivery partners who are required to use it solely for sending our text messages.  

If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.

This is required by CTIA and U.S. carrier regulations.

14. Terms & Conditions
